All of our products are made by hand,
using our Guernsey’s Raw A2/A2 Full Cream Milk.
All of which are free from any Hormones and/or Antibiotics.

Yoghurt

Our Bulgarian style yoghurt is handmade in small batches using fresh milk from the

morning’s milking. Our yoghurt making takes 72 hours and contains no additives, preservatives, or stabilisers:

just full cream Guernsey milk, culture, and a little skim milk

powder.

Cheeses

All our cheese is handmade from raw, full cream Guernsey milk & kosher vegetable/microbial rennet.

We guarantee the most natural product, from monitoring the grazing of our cows right through to the final cheese making process.

Our selection includes the following:

Mozzarella

Hand-stretched & kneaded, this fresh cheese is extremely rich & buttery

Feta

Hand made, creamy Guernsey feta.

Royal-Mild:

Mild Gouda-type, matured for six to eight weeks

Royal:

Mature Gouda-type, matured for three months

Won Bronze at the World Cheese Awards

Royal - Black Pepper:

Mild Gouda-type, seasoned with black pepper

Royal - Cumin:

Mild Gouda-type, infused with a hint of cumin

Regal:

Strong Cheddar-type, matured for six-eight months or 1 year.

Received a bronze & silver medal at the World Cheese Awards.
Has won the SA Champion Mature Cheddar class at the National cheese festival

Queen Vic

Mature gruyere-type, matured for at least 18 months.

Parma Prince:

*Parmesan-type, matured for up to two years.

Winner of numerous awards including Hard Cheese Reserve Champion at
the SA National Cheese Awards.
