Our choice of the Guernsey cow is intentional.
Their gentle but highly adaptable nature made them the obvious choice for our semi-arid Karoo climate.
It is, however, their A2/A2 milk that truly sets them apart. As one of the last true heritage breeds of dairy cows, they still produce superior-quality A2/A2 milk that is rich, creamy, full of flavour and nutrient dense.
